Product and supplier

SUMO DAY Trip Pass, a browser-based digital spectator guide supplied by an individual business operator in Japan.

Supplier name, address, and telephone number

To protect the operator's personal privacy, these details are omitted from this public page. They will be provided without delay by email on request, in time for you to review them before purchase. Email support@sumoday.guide with the subject “Seller information request” and wait for the reply before placing your order.

Merchant of record

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout. It processes payment, calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes, issues receipts, and administers payment refunds and chargebacks under its Buyer Terms. SUMO DAY remains responsible for the guide, licence, access, and product support.

Price

US$29 one-time founding price for each travel party, limited to the first 20 paid and non-refunded parties. There is no subscription. The final total and any applicable tax are shown before payment in the Lemon Squeezy checkout.

Additional costs

No shipping charge. You are responsible for internet or mobile-data costs and any foreign-exchange or card-issuer fees charged by your provider.

Payment

Credit and debit cards are supported. Depending on your location and device, Lemon Squeezy may also display PayPal or supported digital-wallet options. Only the methods shown in your checkout are available. Payment is charged when the order is placed.

Delivery

Lemon Squeezy normally sends the SUMO DAY order link and Trip Pass key immediately after successful payment. Content access begins after successful device activation.

Access conditions

One purchase covers one travel party of up to four people on up to four devices for up to one year. A current browser and internet connection are required; offline access is not guaranteed. See the Access Conditions.

Cancellation and refunds

The access link and key are normally sent immediately, so any window to cancel before delivery may be very short. We do not accept change-of-mind refunds after usable access credentials have been delivered. Travel or event changes, non-attendance, and non-use are also not refundable. Technical failures we cannot resolve, material differences from the pre-purchase description, rights that cannot be excluded by law, and any refund Lemon Squeezy elects to provide under its Buyer Terms are handled under the Refund Policy.

Support

Email support@sumoday.guide. For ordinary product and access support, we usually reply within two business days, Monday to Friday excluding Japanese public holidays. Seller-information requests are handled separately and answered without delay, in time for review before purchase.

Important limitations

The SUMO DAY Trip Pass does not include tickets, bookings, live results, real-time commentary, transportation, or individual advice. Separate public planning pages may link to independent providers; SUMO DAY does not operate, sell, or fulfil their travel services. Official tournament and venue information takes priority.

This page covers the SUMO DAY Trip Pass sold through Lemon Squeezy. A third-party booking reached through a clearly labelled paid link is a separate contract with the named provider and is not sold or fulfilled by SUMO DAY.
