By purchasing or using SUMO DAY, you agree to these terms.

Your Trip Pass

Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use SUMO DAY for one travel party of up to four people on up to four devices for the access period shown with your order.

Permitted use

You may use the guide for personal travel and spectator education. You may not resell access, share it outside your travel party, publish or copy the content in bulk, scrape the service, bypass access controls, or use the content to build a competing product.

Ownership and copyright

Copyright in SUMO DAY's original public-guide copy, Trip Pass card text and sequence, viewing prompts, photographs, graphics, and original interface copy belongs to its creator or applicable rights holder; other materials are used with permission. Copyright protects the original expression, not the underlying facts or ideas about sumo. Except as permitted by applicable law or for the personal use allowed above, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, translate for publication, sell, sublicense, scrape, use these materials to train a model, or use them to create a competing product without prior written permission.

Service scope

SUMO DAY provides general educational information. It does not provide tickets, booking, live results, real-time commentary, transportation, safety instructions, or personalized advice. Tournament details and procedures may change; official information takes priority when timing, entry rules, or safety matter.

Availability

We aim to keep the guide available but do not promise uninterrupted access, particular venue connectivity, or offline operation. We may correct errors or update content when needed.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not remove the access already granted without an appropriate remedy.
